Choose Your System

Varsity or Advance?

Pitch calling — or the whole game?

Varsity keeps PerfectCall focused on the battery. You buy it once and own it.

Advance gives your staff more ways to communicate across the field — then adds charting, analytics, and the Battle Card. It runs as an ongoing platform.

Both get the call where it needs to go. The differences are how much of your game you want to run through PerfectCall, and how you pay for it.

Varsity

Keep pitch calling simple. Own the system.

Call the pitch, location, and situation from the Coach Tablet and put it directly on the pitcher, catcher, or both.

One Coach Tablet. Up to three player devices. Your pitching language.

A one-time purchase — $899 for Varsity 2, $1,099 for Varsity 3 — with no annual license to keep calling. You own it!

Nothing extra to manage if pitch calling is the problem you came to solve.

Best fit for High schools and programs that primarily want pitcher-and-catcher communication.

Advance

Run more of the game.

Advance takes PerfectCall beyond the battery.

Call defense. Run offense. Give different positions different jobs on the same play. Let multiple coaches handle different parts of the game. Unlimited number of player devices.

Then chart what happens and build the matchup history you can use the next time around with in-game charting, advanced analytics, and the Battle Card.

An ongoing platform, quoted by package size, with software, support, and DiamondCare included - never pay for a broken device again.

Best fit for Programs that want full-team communication and a deeper information layer around the game.

If you want to call pitches, Varsity gets it done.

Not every program needs to put the whole game on a wrist.

Varsity gives the pitching coach everything needed to call the battery: pitch, location, and situational instructions, right from the Coach Tablet.

Up to three player devices keeps the system focused where many high-school programs need it most.

You buy it once, your program owns it, and you decide separately whether you want breakage protection.

Pick the call. Send it. Get back to baseball.

When the call goes beyond the battery, go Advance.

This is where the products really separate.

A bunt defense is one play, but it is not one job. The shortstop may cover second while the second baseman covers first. Advance lets each player get the assignment that belongs to them from the same call.

The same goes for offense. Send the hitter the play. Send runners what they need. Let another coach handle those calls while the pitching coach stays on the battery.

More players. More coaches. More of the game.

Advance keeps what happened.

This is the other major difference.

Varsity gets the call to the field.

Advance lets your staff chart the game and turn those pitches into something useful later.

Where is this hitter doing damage?
What is getting him out?
Where is your pitcher commanding each pitch?
What happened the last time they matched up?

Heatmaps, spray charts, pitch history, command, tendencies, and matchup data build as you chart.

Then the Battle Card brings the useful part back to the Coach Tablet before you face them again.

Varsity helps you make the call.
Advance helps inform the next one.
