Advance

Unlimited players, custom configurations.

Varsity covers the pitcher and catcher. Advance opens the rest of the game: more players on wrists, more coaches calling at once, offense and defense running different jobs on the same play, plus charting, analytics, and the Battle Card.

It runs as an ongoing platform rather than a one-time purchase, and DiamondCare protection is included.

We’ll come back with a configuration and a price.

Step 2 · Optional

Protect it if you want to.

Every Varsity system includes a 1-year warranty against defects. That warranty does not cover a foul ball, a spike, or a device that gets stepped on in the dugout.

If you want that covered, add a plan. If you do not, buy the system and go call a game. You should not have to pay for another program’s breakage.

No protection

Just the system.

  • Included$01-year defect warranty

You still own the system and still get software updates, support, and the manufacturer warranty on defects.

Best for Programs that would rather self-insure and replace a device if it happens.

DiamondCare

Send it back. We replace it.

  • 1 year$199Up to 2 replacements
  • 2 years$4993 per year · 6 total

You file a claim, we send return instructions, and the replacement ships once the claim is approved.

Best for Programs that want breakage covered at the lower price and can work with the normal return process.

DiamondCare+

We ship first. You return it after.

  • 1 year$249Up to 2 replacements
  • 2 years$5993 per year · 6 total

A replacement goes out as soon as the claim is approved. You send the damaged unit back afterward with pre-paid return shipping.

Best for Programs where a wrist sitting out mid-season costs more than the difference.

Coverage Details

Protection covers player devices and the Hub. The Coach Tablet is not covered for accidental damage. Loss, theft, cosmetic-only damage, intentional abuse, and non-PerfectCall equipment are not covered. Coverage attaches to the serial numbers on your system; when we replace a device, the replacement inherits whatever term and claim allowance is left. You can add protection when you order or within 30 days of delivery — not after something is already broken.

Question 1 of 4

How many players will have a device at the same time?

Varsity system on home plate — tablet, Hub, player devices, and travel case

In every package

Every Varsity package ships complete. Nothing extra to buy to get on the field.

  • Coach Tablet Your playbook on the screen.

Named pitches, locations, modifiers. See the complete call before it leaves the dugout.

  • Hub The radio that delivers the call.

Long-range encrypted radio. No carrier. No stadium Wi-Fi.

  • Player devices Two or three wrists.

The call lands where the player can see it. Varsity 2 or Varsity 3.

  • Travel case The whole system in one case.

Built for the trunk, the bus, and back-to-back weekends.

  1. 01Choose the package. Varsity 2 or Varsity 3, and whether you want protection.
  2. 02We set it up and ship. Playbook loaded. Most orders go out in a few business days.
  3. 03Log in and call. Credentials by email. Charge it. Hand out the wrists.

What the warranty covers

Every Varsity system includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a device fails because of how it was built, that is on us.

It does not cover accidental damage, in-play breakage, impact damage, loss or theft, cosmetic damage that does not affect operation, intentional abuse, or unauthorized modification.

Breakage is what DiamondCare and DiamondCare+ are for. Neither is required.

Store questions

Do we own the system, or are we leasing it?

You own it. Varsity is a one-time hardware purchase. There is no annual license to pay in order to keep using the system, and nothing to send back later.

When will my order ship?

After payment is confirmed, we prepare and ship the system. Most orders are ready within a few business days. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking.

What is the difference between DiamondCare and DiamondCare+?

The service level, not the coverage. Both cover qualifying accidental and in-play damage to player devices and the Hub.

With DiamondCare you send the damaged device back first, and the replacement ships once the claim is approved. With DiamondCare+ the replacement ships as soon as the claim is approved, and you return the damaged unit afterward. Less downtime, clutch when you need it.

Do I have to buy protection?

No. It is optional, and plenty of programs will skip it. The system is yours either way, and the 1-year defect warranty is included either way.

Can I add protection later?

You have 30 days from delivery. After that the system is no longer eligible, and you cannot add coverage once a device is already damaged. A lapsed plan may require inspection before it can be restarted.

Can I add devices or move to Advance later?

Yes. You can add player devices, and you can move up to Advance whenever the program is ready. Contact us and we will handle it.

Varsity vs Advance — what is the difference?

Varsity is pitch calling for the battery, with two or three player devices, bought outright. Advance opens the rest of the game — more players, more coaches, defense, offense, charting, and the Battle Card — and runs as an ongoing platform with DiamondCare included.

Is there a credit card fee?

Yes, 3.5% on card payments. Shipping is added as well. Both are itemised before you pay anything — the prices on this page are the hardware alone.

Can I see a demo first?

Yes. Request a demo and we will walk through the system live before you buy.

Not sure which one?
